SIGMATEK’s motion control system offers complete drive solutions: motors, drives and software interact superbly and are fully integrated into the SIGMATEK control system. The revolutionary VARAN bus ensures extremely fast, hard real time capable and practically jitter-free communication.
The advantages speak for themselves: Minimal space requirement through a compact design, flexibility as well as highly dynamic, economic and reliable servo applications. The consistency simplifies programming/parameterization as well as operation and allows easy connection to the system. The configuration data are stored in the control system so the drive always has the correct parameters. The servo amplifier can therefore be exchanged without the software tool. Using LASAL MOTION, the virtual connection of leading axles, setting and execution of profiles as well as the coupling of multiple axles and applications from flying saws to circular interpolation is possible.
Since the LASAL CLASS project tool contains complete parameter sets for drives and motors, start up time is reduced and errors are avoided.
