At the first glance, the most prominent feature of the SIGMATEK drives is the compact design: up to three axles in one housing saves space in the control cabinet. Not only this characteristic underlines the economic efficiency of our drives: the functions are limited to current, rotation speed and position control. Unnecessary overhead is so avoided and an optimal price/performance ratio is achieved.
Excellent servo properties such as a high degree of efficiency and low heat generation are the most important arguments for implementing this drive. The innovative VARAN interface enables fast, jitter-free communication for exact control. The accessibility of the intermediate circuit allows the coupling of additional modules and the compatibility with all conventional feedback systems provide high flexibility. A new PWM process reduces performance loss.
The DIAS DRIVE 300 series cover
a wide spectrum in the low and middle power range: nominal input voltages from 115 to 480 V, a nominal power rating of up to14 kVA and a peak current of up to 40 A.
