The integration of the LASAL Safety Designer into the LASAL Engineering-Toolkit simplifies the programming and configuration of the Safety Controller for the user.
With the functions library, which provides in addition to standard function blocks, Safety function blocks for PLCopen such as Emergency Stop, Two Hand Control or Guard Locking, the user can easily create the logic connections for the safety-related operations.
The function blocks as well as the inputs and outputs can be freely placed in the editor using the Drag & Drop method, interconnected or directly connected to local as well as global variables and constants. Downloading, online monitoring and debugging are done over the VARAN bus.
The complete integration into the LASAL Engineering-Toolkit, the simple operation and clear layout significantly reduce programming, service and diagnosis.
